When you use verbs in Latin you can see which one who preform the verb
depending on the suffix (or the verb itself if it's irregular)... Smart, yes?

The past tense

It's very easy to recognize and create the past tense of a verb.
If you see -ba or -ebaafter the stem of the verb (or before the suffix) you know that it's the past tense.

In other words. This is the past tense: Stem + ba or eba + suffix...

As you can see the neuter gender is almost the same as the other in its declension.
