The Investigator is being developed by a small startup company. At present the new company is not in place , so I'm unable to give any details.

The Investigator development is being done by someone who has many years of experience with Ericsson call centres. This product is not an 'Ericsson Product'. There are no plans for Ericsson to produce a graphing package for CCM2 and little chance that they will produce one for CCM3. Feel free to ask your local Ericsson sales person for the time plan for such a product (And then return back to my Web page!). I am not competing with Ericsson , I am enhancing their product offering by offering you extra functionality.

Are you are an Ericsson reseller of call centres ? Replying to a tender? Use 'the Investigator' to add a few more "Ticks" to your response. If you are worried about service issues then why not give it away with the sale. Have a few key accounts that your trying to keep happy?. Give them a copy as well.
