Is this an Ericsson Product?

No!

The Investigator is not affiliated with, nor authorized, endorsed or licensed in any way by LME Ericsson, its affiliates or subsidiaries

How will this product be licensed.?

'The reporter' will be FREE!. Yes free. The reporting package will be included in the basic reporting option.  The  reporting package will be licensed for 1 client and 1 site only.

If you want to report off multiple sites, or want more than 1 client installed, you will need to purchase licenses to do so.

How much will 'The Investigator' cost?

As above, the reporting package will be free with the basic reports package. I plan to have several report packages available. These will be priced based on functionality. I estimate the packages to be around 300 - 400 US dollars. You will notice that this price has gone up by 100 dollars since these pages were created. There are several reasons for this. I reassessed the sales volumes and  I have also taken into consideration the use of distributors.

Why the secrecy?

I have had several enquiry's as to the lack of names or information about the owner of these web pages. I understand the concern. I would be skeptical as well. The only answer I can give is that I am unable to give my name as this could possibly endanger my work position. I believe I am doing nothing wrong. All development is being done during private time, however my employer may not see it the same way. Once I am no longer in this position , I will make the product commercially available. (and give you names, addresses etc)

What about CCM3 and NextCC

Yes CCM3 is supported. CCM3 does have potential for better reporting in later releases. At present the reports will be the same for both versions.

Nextcc will not be supported in this version. If the demand does warrant  then I will add Nextcc support.

What about my own specific reports?
